Ranjith Merugu

Ranjith Merugu is an M.S. student in Computer Science at Stony Brook University, advised by Prof. Shubham Jain. His research focuses on distributed machine learning and efficient multimodal vision systems, particularly model merging and edge-AI deployment. Previously, he was a Research Engineer at Samsung, where he worked on image and video restoration and on-device deep learning for video compression. He earned his B.Tech in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University.
